Beet Quiche Tart — View Video

Purchase a frozen pie shell or prepare one yourself.

Add 5 eggs and 1/2 cup of whipping cream together, beating eggs first

Salt and pepper to taste

5 assorted large beets blanch and chop, making sure beets are tender

Add to egg mixture and add 4 ounces of goat cheese, place in pie shell

Cook for 35 to 45 minutes till set

Slice into 8 slices
