Building your own burger bar is as easy as picking out your favorite toppings. Chef Janet even brought along a red pepper mayonnaise for a new flavor combination.
These burgers may seem like your basic hamburger, but Chef Janet introduced us to a style of burger you may have never tried.
The twist to Chef Janet’s burgers comes from her Nanny Turner. The recipe calls for an egg and saltine crackers to be mixed into the meat before frying, soaking up some of the moisture and adding another layer of flavor.
