Dinner Sausages with Grapes — View Video
1 lb. Sweet Italian Sausage
4 Cloves Garlic
1 1/2 Cups Seedless Grapes (Your Choice of Flavor)
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
Pasta, Rice, or Polenta
Sauté sweet Italian sausages with garlic and olive oil in a skillet until sausage is cooked through.
Remove sausage and garlic cloves from pan.
Add seedless grapes and brown sugar to pan; glaze until grapes start to burst.
Add sausage back into skillet until hot.
Serve with pasta, rice or polenta
