Kielbasa with Shrimp and Lemon Zest – View Video
10 Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lb Kielbasa Sausage, cut in pieces
1/2 Bunch of Kale
2 Tablespoons Lemon Zest
Oil for Sauteing
Saute kielbasa sausage and shrimp in oil (just until shrimp is pink in color and kielbasa is good and hot).
Incorporate the lemon zest and serve on a bed of steamed kale.
