Sausage Stuffing — View Video
Brown and crumble 1/2 pound Italian sweet sausage
Then in same skillet sauté 1/2 of a chopped onion, 1 1/2 ribs of chopped celery and
1/2 cup of chopped carrots for 5 minutes.
Add 1/2 bag of Herb Stuffing Mix,1 egg and 1 1/4 cups of chicken broth
Mix all together adding 1/4 cup of fresh herbs (chef’s choice)
Bake 30 minutes in a greased 9-inch covered baking pan.
