Southern Steak & Biscuit

Ingredients:
• ½ cup olive oil
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• Dash of Tabasco sauce (or more, to taste)
• Dash of sugar
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, sugar, salt, and pepper.
2. Pour the marinade over your steak (any cut you prefer) in a resealable bag or shallow dish.
3. Cover and marinate for at least 2 hours — overnight if possible — in the refrigerator.
4. Grill or pan-sear the steak to your desired doneness, then slice and serve with warm biscuits.
