Tomato Pie
One 9-inch pie crust
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
3/4 cup mayo
Garnish w/ bacon bits
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese of your choice
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
5 sliced Roma tomatoes
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 red onion, chopped
Directions:
Pat & thinly slice Roma tomatoes until dry
Let tomato slices rest in paper towels for 10 minutes & add a little salt (to absorb moisture)
Lay down tomato slices in pie crust
Add cheese mix/filling
Bake
