Beef and Cheese Dip or Log — View Video or See Below

4 pkgs dried beef cut into strips
2 8oz packages of cream cheese softened
1 bunch green onions chopped
1 tablespoon of sour cream

Mix all together and eat as a dip with favorite chips or crackers
I like to make my log shape in saran wrap and eat as a cheese log on crackers
