Southwest Chicken Pita — View video
2 pitas cut into fours
chili powder to taste
2 cups of pulled rotisserie chicken
1/2 cup chopped tomato’s
1/2 cup corn kernels
1/2 cup salsa
lettuce to garnish
heat some cheese dip to pour over the top
Assemble your chicken, chili powder to taste and add tomato, corn and salsa to fill your pita pocket.
Pour hot cheese dip on top.
